PRESENTING THE PEER-REVIEWED & PUBLISHED RESEARCH ON THE FASCIABLASTER TOOLS BUY NOW
This introduction is provided as a simplified summary to help explain what we found in the study. For anyone who would like to read the full study, it is linked at the bottom of the page as well as presented.
Thank you for the tireless work performed by scientists at The Applied Science Performance Institute (ASPI). This was a blinded study, meaning that the researchers did not know whether they were evaluating a subject who was treated with the FasciaBlaster, or a control subject who received no treatment at all.
If you are unfamiliar with the terms “peer-reviewed and published”, it is the process where a scholarly work based upon a research study is checked by a group of experts in the same field to make sure it meets the necessary standards before it is published by the medical journal.
THIS IS A LANDMARK STUDY; AND PROBABLY ONE OF THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE, TO DATE, ON FASCIA.
Keep in mind that in the “medical world” fascia can be identified by various other names. For example, fascia is often referred to as scar tissue, fibrosis, myofascial tissue, connective tissue, arachnoid mater, fibrotic tendons and fascial septa, and anytime you hear terms being used such as “spiderweb like” or “hairball, web or net like,” theyʼre very likely talking about fascia. Since fascia is a small portion of basic medical training, the unified language has yet to be adapted, so you have to be a bit creative with wording when researching fascia.
Below is one of the ultrasound images from the study displaying the side of a thigh from skin level to bone level. When looking at these images, pay close attention to the bright white lines; this is fascia.
SUPPORTING THE IDEA OF FASCIA REMODELING, THE PICP LEVELS HAVE ALSO INCREASED.
The PICP levels have also increased. PICP is a protein that is found in connective tissue when it is in the remodeling stage. These markers indicate collagen production.
The ultrasound images and the PICP markers are very significant because the FasciaBlaster tools cannot reach all the way to the bone, but we still see the tissue remodeling, meaning that the tissue may have a mechanism to repair itself.

Although the FasciaBlaster tools and protocols were designed to look at a variety of factors, we are happy that smoother appearing skin is also a by-product of smooth fascia.

We feel like everyone can stop wondering why some people have dimples and dents and some donʼt.
IT’S NOT JUST A FAT THING, IT’S A FASCIA THING.
The study participants were instructed NOT to change their diet and exercise during the study period.

If you go back to the ultrasound images, we also measured the subcutaneous fat, which just means fat at the surface, just below the skin.
THIS RESEARCH PROVIDES EVIDENCE THAT FASCIABLASTER TOOLS AND PROTOCOLS CAN REDUCE OR CONTOUR LOCALIZED FAT EVEN IF THE TOTAL BODY ISN’T LOSING FAT. THIS IS GREAT NEWS FOR PEOPLE WITH STUBBORN POCKETS OF FAT.
As simple as it can be explained, you need to burn more calories than you consume to lose weight. You can do this by what you eat and what activities you do. The increase in metabolism through FasciaBlasting protocols may provide assistance in weight management through this increased metabolic rate.
Researchers are still working to understand the implications of systemic inflammation and the mechanisms, but itʼs known to play a role in the development of many diseases. Time Magazine calls it the Secret Killer. We were incredibly excited to see a decrease, and we look forward to future research on more specific pathologies.
WE ALSO MEASURED IRISIN, THE “HIGH INTENSITY EXERCISE HORMONE” AND SAW AN INCREASE.
This is really cool because irisin aids in fat conversion, and has been the focus of quite a bit of research lately. Itʼs linked to things like weight loss, skeletal support, anti-aging, heart health, anti-inflammation, anti-oxidant, anti-depression and brain function. If you want to nerd out on Irisin, here is a great article, that explains the mechanisms and potentials of Irisin increase.
We measured markers for the kidneys, liver and endocrine function and did not see significant change after using the tools. Some subjects reported mild, temporary side effects.
THE STUDY CONCLUDED THAT THE FASCIABLASTER PROTOCOLS USED IN THE STUDY ARE SAFE.
“We hope this helps you understand the results of the study and that you can draw your own conclusions as to how amazing the FasciaBlaster tools are. For more laymanʼs terms explanations, my book is available here.”
